Note- only the wing panel is included in the sale. Nothing else seen in the picture is included. 

Generally decent condition except for the usual rust patch on the lower rear section (behind where the mud guard would fit). Unfortunately 95% of the wings I see for these are going on the same place now. So it’s not an easy situation. 
There is a company making a repair panel for these. Or any competent fabricator/ bodyshop will be able to weld in a repair panel.

The part is currently still on the donor vehicle. Once removed, there may be further corrosion on the reverse side that is not yet visible.

Obviously the panel will require painting to match your car.
