The paint is reasonably presentable from a distance. Up close as usual there are paint defects/ scratches/ bubbling/ kerbing etc. 
These will require refinishing if you want it look perfect again, but could be used as is too  

No cracks, welds or buckles.

Holds air pressure 

Tread approximately 7mm.
Used tyre not guaranteed, but appears to be in decent condition, it’s up to you if you use it
