Genuine replacement panel. With the parts sticker. Which explains why this parts is a incredibly solid compared to most 30 year old panels. 

Very good used condition for one of these. Only a very small of of bubbling as pictured. This can be cleaned back to get back to good metal. 
used paint condition, with peeling paint all across the top section, as per the pics. It will need painting again to look perfect. 
No obvious dents.
