Normal used condition, complete as pictured. 
Due to the nature of Air conditioning requiring to be 100% gas tight, and the age of the part being 30 years old, it’s recommended to recondition this part before use, in order achieve long term reliable performance. 
Important note on used air con parts- a lot of these parts lay unused for extended periods, before being offered for sale, so there can never be 100% certainly about how efficiently it will operate. 
The clutch is tested by hand as turning correctly before being sent out, but it’s not possible to pressure test the parts before being sold.
