Generally good Used condition. These seals get a basic clean, but they won’t look brand new. Expect to see some rust stains on the reverse side and minor dirt in the recesses/ crevices of the rubber front or rear. If you want it to look perfectly clean, then further cleaning will likely be required. 
But there is one minor imperfection as pictured in detail. There are two small rust stains where the two metal tabs pinch the seal on the scuttle top. These could be clean off but they are under the metal tabs anyhow.
