Condition:

Average used, Working order, no leaks. Some damaged/ corrosion cooling fins as always for used radiators of this age. 

3/4 oil cooler pipes came off easily. One was stuck on, so the only way to remove it is to carefully cut the nut off, to avoid snapping the oil cooler port (it’s soft aluminium). This is a compromise solution to be able to utilise this part. The one port does have a cut into it consequently, but the oil cooler lines will still connect to it, without any issues or leaks. (The cut had not broken through the port).
I am seeing this issue with the stuck oil cooler lInes nearly every radiator now, as it’s that age now where galvanic corrosion have make them stick together. So moving forward I suspect all these radiators will require this technique to remove them for reuse.

1989 XJ40 3.6 auto, with integrated oil coolers.

Compatible with:

Automatic 86-92 models with the battery under bonnet models only.
