There is a crack that has been repaired with glue. Further reinforcing repair may be required.
normal used condition. Scratches / scuffs to the paint. It will need painting to match your car. The very fragile fixing clips are damaged/ missing as usual for this, so it will need some adhesive to stick it down onto the base plate.
