Used condition- Chrome is reasonably shiny from a distance. Up close there are lots of scratches all over, and bits of rust breaking through. I have tried to photograph them as best as possible. It’s not perfect, but still useable for someone. 

also corrosion on the underside, around the fixing points. The fixings are intact and useable though.
