These can be fitted in any 94-97 X300.

Front seats are fully electric. Seat ECU not included. 

AGD Oatmeal trim code. 
Leather condition- used, aBove average with only light wear and a small hole on the outer bolster. 

The folding table Veneers are do have minor cracks and scratches, as usual for these. They would need refinishing if you want them to look perfect. But they could be used as is if you are on a budget. The table mechanisms work well, as they have been lubricated. See the pics for the exact condition details.
