Daimler Jaguar XJ40 rear shock absorber damper spring suspension set

suitable for use as an SLS delete conversion.

Fits all XJ40 up to VIN 696458.

Used condition with surface corrosion in places. I have given them a quick clean up to make them presentable, but they are not brand new looking
The top bushes are visibility cracked/ perished, so they should be renewed ideally, though there doesn’t seem to be any excess movement. 
The lower bushes are usually a weak point on used shocks too, but these seem to be reasonable/ better than normal. The rubbers don’t appear to be split. 

important note- the top steel plate. If the busted are dismantled, you will see a small notch worn into the steel. This happens on 100% of these on XJ40. Due to the design and how the bushes wear. As long as the top bushes are in good order, this worn notch should not cause any adverse effects. This is not visible externally, it’s only if the part is taken apart.
