Used/ average.
Chrome finish. Shiny from a distance, but up close there’s scuffs/ light scratches, some heavy tarnishing and staining from what looks like glue/ solvent that a past owner spilt on it. This would need a good scrub/ polishing improve the cosmetic shine. No deep scratches or lifting of the chrome though.
Structurally the part has all four fixings present, undamaged. Please note these clips are fragile at the best of times, so caution and care must be taken when fitting/ removing these wheel caps.
