good used condition overall, but there is some kerb edge damage/ scratches/ scrapes as normal for used wheels. Painted/ powder coated Anthracite/ Dark Grey to a decent standard. 
As usual, if you want brand new perfect looking wheels, they would need refurbishing.,

Tyres- are all old 2009 date stamp, with some cracking/ perishing where they have gone flat from being parked up. Budget brand, with loads of tread still, but they don’t hold air pressure. They would need resealing around the rim to hold air. 
Used tyres not guaranteed. Use at your own risk
