good used condition and working order, though might need a clean. No excessive rust/ leaks or holes. The pipe has been cleaned up/ wire brushed to remove any flaky material, to check the integrity of the steel. 
This part is not factory fresh/ brand new. But it is way better than most I see and a useable replacement for a holed/ broken/ rusted out part.
