Very good used condition, for this part. Most I see are in very poor shape/ rusted out. This piece is unusually good. It has had some waxoyl placed on the reverse side, which is what has likely saved it. It’s not brand new perfect though. There are some signs of age/ some cosmetic imperfections. Includes the all important chrome strip. The chrome does have some crazing on it.
