All currently hold air pressure. These are older tyres, so do have age related perishing in places. The tyres are not guaranteed. It’s up to you if you use them or not.

The wheel paint looks good/ smart from a distance.
up close it is still above average/ good in places, but as usual for old alloy wheels there are multiple imperfections in places. Some flaking / blistered paint across the wheels. They will require fresh paint to look perfect again. 

No cracks, welds. One wheel has a small rim buckle on the outer lip. Pictured.
