3/4 tyres currently hold air pressure. One looses pressure. These are older tyres, so do have age related perishing/ cracks in places. The tyres are not guaranteed. It’s up to you if you use them or not. Ideally they should be replaced though for road use. 
tread measured at 6.5mm, 5.4mm, 5.9mm, 5.2mm.

The wheel paint looks ok from a distance.
Bit up close there’s lots of paint bubbling/ scuffs/ scratches etc. They will require fresh paint to look perfect again. It’s up to you.

No cracks, buckles or welds on the alloys.
