The wheel has a tyre that holds air, and there is tread, but it’s an older tyre, so cannot be guaranteed.

Pirelli P4000, with around 2-3mm tread.

The wheel is straight/ not damaged.

The paint condition and is not bad from a short distance, but up close there are imperfections: flaking paint in places.

If you require perfect paint, then as always you would need to have them refurbished (as do 98% of Jaguar wheels from at this age).
