Jaguar XJ40 93-94 Door Lock Solenoid Actuator Motor left or right rear

Jaguar XJ40 93-94 Door Lock Solenoid Right rear. 
Could be used on the left too if needed. 

Suitable for battery in boot model XJ40 93-94. Can also be used on 86-92 (battery under bonnet) models too, but you would need to change the electrical connector plug over. Same two wires, same colours.

Tested working. Used condition.

Important note- when fitting, the latches must be very well lubricated, so that the solenoid is not trying to work against a latch that’s way too stiff. The latches should be lubricated at least every 5 years. Most seem to have never been done yet. 
If your latches are not adequately lubricated, the solenoid may not fully operate the lock system.
