Tthis is 48 spline and 3/4 inch diameter on the steering shaft end

Fully extended spline end to spline end it's 69cm.

Collapsed it's 65cm

Centre holes on the upper fixing brackets are approx 10cm apart, but they are adjustable to a certain extent. 

Lower fixing holes are approx 6.5cm apart.
