Average USED CONDITION for 20 year old wheels,- which means kerb marks in places the edges, plus other scratches, scuffs, bubbling and corrosion in places.. not bad from a distance but never perfect up close. No cracks, welds or buckles on the wheel. As always for used wheels, if you want perfect cosmetic condition, they would need refurbishing.
