Average used condition with rusted out areas in the usual places. Ideally this part needs dipping, picking apart, and welding up. Any skilled fabricator could do this work. 
There’s no dents present as far as I can see.

For any repair shop looking for a job lot, I have another identical set available too. They can all be sent out on one pallet to reduce delivery costs.
