                           ORDERING
Please note we are an internet based business, so all orders need to be placed online via the website. We are unable to take orders over the phone. All available payment methods are listed at the checkout. 
To auto generate delivery charges, please add your parts to the Cart, and go to checkout, where you will see costs for the available delivery options.

UK Orders

We do not charge U.K. VAT on any orders.
Please add your parts into the cart and go to checkout, to auto generate shipping charges to your location. 
Large, heavy or oversized dimension parts can be expensive to send, and sometimes difficult for the system to auto calculate exact charges to all worldwide locations. Sometimes additional delivery costs may be incurred.,
Some areas will incur a remote location surcharge including Scottish Highlands.
Express delivery is available on most orders subject to a surcharge. Please select from
the options at the checkout. 

International Orders (from outside the U.K.)

All international orders are subject to shipping charges.
To auto generate delivery charges, please add your parts to the Cart, and go to checkout, where you will see a quote for your delivery.
Most locations have options for delivery, usually a slower economy service by Royal Mail and a faster courier service. 
Courier delivery is by UPS, FedEx or DHL, depending on the parcel size, location, and shipping tariff paid. 
Some areas will incur a remote location surcharge including parts of Scotland, Ireland, Australia, Norway, South Africa etc.
Express delivery is available on most orders subject to a surcharge. 
International orders may be subject to Customs & VAT charges in the Country of destination, which will be collected by the courier on behalf of your own Government/ Customs & Excise. Buyers are responsible for these charges. We do not add these Customs charges/ VAT onto international orders. Please check with customs authorities in your own country before ordering, to work out exactly what any charges might add up to, as it can be different for each country. We are not able to calculate Import Duty & VAT on behalf of customers. If an order is sent out and returned due to import charges not being paid for, BCJ get billed for these return charges (usually equivalent/ higher than the initial delivery charge), so we have to bill customers in return. Also the original shipping costs are no. Refundable once orders have been dispatched. 
When orders are dispatched, all customers are automatically sent email tracking details by the website. Please be sure to monitor the tracking so that if any delays/ issues arise, you will know about them. Please check the tracking first before contacting us, to save time.

 

Delivery speed- please note all transit times are estimated not guaranteed. Transit times are usually displayed at the checkout, where this data is available.

Economy delivery via Royal Mail. Please only select this option, if your part is not required urgently. Transit times can be very unpredictable, and delays are commonplace. Typically it can be anything from 14-28 days! So please don’t use this option, and expect a timed delivery that will arrive quickly. Please select courier delivery for faster transit times. 
Courier delivery is is typically 5-11 working days. If it takes any longer it’s almost always due to customs clearing back logs. Again this service is not a guaranteed transit time, but it is faster. 

Despatch

Estimated despatch time is 2-3 working days, from the point of ordering. This may be longer during peak periods.
If parts are required urgently, please contact us before ordering to ascertain the current turnaround time and if your order can be expedited.

Collection in Person

BCJ is an internet based business, so there is no counter/ shop front to greet customers at. Visits  are not possible on an unannounced basis, which is why the address is not fully visible online. Collection in person is available strictly by appointment. Contact us to arrange a suitable date and time for collection of your order. The full address will be made available once a collection appointment has been arranged. The Payment is required in full at the point of collection/ or before collection. 

Please note that there it is not possible to “browse all stock”, at this location, as not all items are immediately accessible at all times. Only pre-ordered parts can be made available at the time of collection. 

Returns

All returns are at the buyers expense.
Please contact us if you wish to return an order. 
Items are tested working before being offered for sale. Due to the nature and age of some parts, it is not always possible to guarantee each part. Every effort is taken to supply parts in good working order.
Parts where cosmetic appearance is important- every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph the exact condition. Please be aware that when buying used parts, these will usually not be as good cosmetically as a new part. Unless the item is listed as new, please do not expect it to look like a new part. It is sometimes difficult to capture exact condition details with photographs. 
Items may be listed as spares or repairs. This means that they may be either untested, faulty, or damaged. Please review carefully all information in the listing before buying.
