Genuine replacement panel. With the parts sticker. 

Above average used condition for one of these. Any flaky material has been cleaned back to bare metal and treated. Unfortunately this has revealed some small holes on the rear lower part, and a missing section on the rear reinforced section. 
the outer holes will need welding repair before fitting and painting. Any competent fabricator/ bodyshop will be able to do this repair. 

Poor/ used paint condition, with peeling paint all across the top section, and bare metal, as per the pics. It will need painting again. 
No obvious dents.
