Used- not the best condition, with a series of rusted areas that were behind the plinth area. With the plinth removed, the corrosion is cleaned back to metal and treated (black areas). 
Also corrosion all along that lower lip. Again cleaned back to metal, so holes opened up on the underside, hidden when the lid is closed. But the are there. 
an area of lacquer peel present as pictured. 
essentially this panel needs work before fitting and ideally painting. It’s not going to be a plug and play part, 

Note- there’s a hole drilled on the metal to access the latch Mechanism. It’s common to see this as sometimes it’s the only way to get into the boot when all else fails.

Fits all model year X300 & X308 models 94-2002.

Collection always preferred on something this size, as its not easy to send by courier, as they are always at risk from damage in transit.
