Very good used condition for one of these. No rust on the outside. Any visible flaky material has been removed from the reverse side to check that it’s all solid. No holes or perforations. 
average outer paint condition, with an assortment of Laing scratches as usual for used panels. as per the pics. It will need paint again to look perfect, as usual for used panels

No obvious dents. 

Fits 1994 XJ40 models only (Twin air bag models, from VIN 696...) . It could be fitted to other years, but the aperture for the repeater lamps differ to the 91-93 and 86-90 model year versions (yes, there’s three different versions).
