Generally good condition. Much better than most o see. Any minor flakiness has been cleaned back to bare metal so we can see exactly what is there. 
There’s no holes in the outer skin. the lower fixing bracket has come away though and would ideally need replacing, or at least fixing back on, but that piece is holed and thin now. 
I don’t know the current paint code on there, but I think it might be Solent Blue JEF. As always though there are paint defects all over/ scratches from storage. So it would need painting to look good again.
