Generally good condition. Much better than most o see. Any minor flakiness has been cleaned back to bare metal so we can see exactly what is there. 
There’s one small hole in the outer skin at the front of the arch. See pics for details on the exact condition. 

I don’t know the current paint code. But it’s silver. As always though there are paint defects all over/ scratches from storage. So it would need painting to look good again.
