no base plate or gasket. Trim cover only. 

Condition:

Good used condition. It will need painting to match your car. The very fragile fixing clips are damaged/ missing as usual for this, so it will need some adhesive to stick it down onto the base plate. 
Currently painted Diamond Blue.
