Average used condition. 
I have powered up the unit on the bench and it powers up ok.
Radio function tested working. Sound quality is ok. LCD screen, has some missing segments. 
The Tape function does not produce any sound, though the mechanism appears to be loading in/out/ playing, just not sound output. So the tape function will require some work if you wish to use it.
