RHD pieces. 

Originally fitted to 86-92 XJ40 with the battery under the bonnet. They could be fitted to 93-94 models, with either the ends going over the seat ECU panel, or getting trimmed down, getting the seem stitched. 
one piece of edging is coming away.

Generally good for used condition. Though the drivers heal may has come away. So it needs stitching back on.
