Suitable for all model year XJ40. With a full size spare wheel. 
good used condition. But it could benefit from some cleaning, as there’s some minor dirt from it’s years of use. Elastic strap intact. 
The lower part of the material is starting to come apart on one place. Ideally it should be stitched back together, but it could be used as is if needs be.
