All tyres are old though with age related cracking in places. Ideally should be changed before using on the road, but that’s down to you. 
There is plenty of tread and they currently hold air pressure.

Pirelli P6000 X4. 225/60/16. 4.9mm, 3.8mm, 4.7mm, 3.7mm.

1x Uniroyal. 5.3mm

Badges included, in average/ poor cosmetic condition.

Oyster paint finish Paint. 

The wheel paint condition is above average on 1x wheel. But a past owner managed to overspray onto them. 
4x paint condition is poor. Bubbling & flaking paint in multiple places.
Please see pics for details. As usual, if you want perfect paint they would require refurbishing.
