Chrome finish. Shiny from a distance, but up close there’s some staining from break dust. This would need a good scrub/ polishing out get it back to a perfect mirror finish.
Structurally the part is undamaged and working order, including the all important fixing clips are undamaged. Please note these clips are fragile at this age, so caution must be taken when fitting/ removing these wheel caps.
