The wheels are straight/ not damaged. They will have been refurbished before to be this good. 

Smart comdition with no obvious defects, but up close thereceill always be minor imperfections to the critical eye. 

They appear to be Diamond Turned/ polished, rather than paint.

Tread measured 6.9mm, 6.6mm, 6.9mm, 7.7mm.

3 hold air, one will need resealing as it gradually looses pressure.
