Very good/ solid used condition. Much of the original black powder coating remains it did have a coat of grease on it which is why is so well preserved. 
it’s been wire brushed to remove any flaky stuff, to check it’s still solid. Of course it would need to be shot blasted and powder coated if you require it to look like new again. I would advice a coat if paint or waxoyl before fitting at the very least. 
There is however some dents on the metal like it was knocked at some point. It’s straight overall though.  See the pics for the exact condition details. 

The big rubber bushes require replacement before fitting.
